To link text in the text element, mark it. Click the link icon, shown below. (Fig. 32)

You now have four different options. Either create a link to an internal page (Fig. 33), to a file (Fig. 34) in the filelist, to an external URL (Fig. 35) or finally to an e-mail address (Fig. 36).
